Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent requesting the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to investigate Communist Chinese investment in Airwallex. Airwallex is a cross-border payment platform that processes highly sensitive data for major American companies.
In part, Senator Cotton wrote:
