U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) joined U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) and 40 of their Democratic Senate colleagues in launching an investigation into Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin's decision to repeal the 2009 endangerment finding, the bedrock scientific determination underpinning EPA's ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
