U.S. Senators Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) and Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.) delivered over $3.5 million in funding to community projects across Nevada for disaster mitigation and for emergency planning and response. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding bill recently signed into law provides a full year of funding to the Secret Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Coast Guard. It does not include any additional funding for ICE and Border Patrol.
