PEORIA, Ill. - A Nashville, Tennessee man, Joseph Nichols, 42, who is currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution ("FCI") in Pekin, has been sentenced to an additional 48 months' imprisonment for possession of contraband in prison.
At the sentencing hearing, the government presented evidence that Nichols was convicted of receipt, possession and distribution of child pornography in 2016 in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and was sentenced to 216 months imprisonment followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
