WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities: Comment Request.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 30 by Anthony May, Paperwork Reduction Act Officer, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Bureau or CFPB) requests the revision of the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB's) approval of an existing information collection titled "Report of Terms of Credit Card Plans (Form FR 2572) and Consumer and College Credit Card Agreements" approved under OMB Number 3170-0001.
