Congresswoman Norma Torres (CA-35) joined city and business leaders today to announce $2 million in federal funding for the Chino Valley Innovation Center, a project designed to support local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and workforce development in the district. The Innovation Center is a joint effort between the City of Chino, Chino Valley Chamber, Chaffey College, Music Changing Lives nonprofit, and the Microenterprise Collaborative of Inland Southern California. As a member of the powerful Appropriations Committee, Congresswoman Torres obtained this funding as part of the community project process for fiscal year 2026.
