Congresswoman Luz Rivas (CA-29), representative for California's 29th Congressional District, presented the City of Los Angeles with $850,000 in federal funding for the Pacoima Wash Bridge Mitigation Project. This funding will help improve the safety and security of six critical bridges that cross the Pacoima Wash.
