WASHINGTON, D.C. - On Tuesday, Congressman Jimmy Patronis (R-FL) joined nearly 50 of his Republican colleagues in Congress in signing a bicameral letter led by Congressman Andrew Clyde and Senator Steve Daines urging Attorney General Todd Blanche and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to defend a landmark victory for the Second Amendment. The lawmakers are calling on the Department of Justice to stand with the Constitution and not appeal a major Second Amendment victory.
