Today, Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost (FL-10) released the following statement after the Supreme Court rejected efforts by the Trump Administration to undermine birthright citizenship guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
In a statement, Rep. Frost says:
"Our constitution is not up for debate. Today, the Supreme Court affirmed what the Fourteenth Amendment has guaranteed for generations: if you are born in the United States, you are a citizen of the United States.
