For the third time this calendar year, Congresswoman Luz Rivas (CA-29) voted against House Republicans' bill to provide additional funding for President Trump's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and force Transportation Security Agency (TSA) workers to miss another pay period.
