Congressman Tim Kennedy (NY-26) presented military honors to Buffalo veteran William Martin Miller during a ceremony held in Buffalo, NY. Surrounded by family and loved ones, Miller, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, received the Purple Heart along with several additional service medals, a commemorative certificate, and an American flag that had flown over the U.S. Capitol in recognition of his sacrifice and service to our nation.
