Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood released a statement following President Trump's rollback of the EPA's so-called "Endangerment Finding (https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/2026/02/president-trump-delivers-biggest-regulatory-relief-in-history/)," an Obama-era rule created without congressional action.
"I applaud President Trump's decision to overturn the so-called 'endangerment finding,' which was made during the Obama administration.
