Congressman Blake Moore introduced the Foster Youth Investment Act to help children in foster care build long-term financial security through Trump Accounts. This legislation adds foster youth as an eligible qualifying class, allowing philanthropic organizations and states to maximize impact and contributions directly to foster youth with no contribution limit.
