Washington, D.C. - Today, Representative Wesley Bell (D-MO-01) announced over $2 million in federal funding for Missouri Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Harris-Stowe State University and Lincoln University are set to receive $1,093,222 and $1,583,839, respectively.
