Today, Congressman Robert Aderholt announced the approval of an Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) grant of $1,000,000 to the City of Dora, AL.
The ARC grant will be used to build a new 250,000-gallon elevated water storage tank and 1,000 linear feet of water main to enable development at Heritage Landing. This project will open the site for industrial, commercial, or retail developments. Heritage Landing is a 50-acre development site along Interstate 22 Exit 78.
