WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Request for Comment on the Listing of Compute Derivatives Contracts.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Christopher Kirkpatrick, Secretary of the Commission.
Summary: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC" or "Commission") is seeking public responses to this Request for Comment to better inform its understanding and oversight of derivatives markets in compute.
