WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Request for Comment on the Extension of Standard Futures Contracts to 24/7 Trading and on Perpetual Contracts Referencing Physically Delivered or Storable Energy Commodities.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Christopher Kirkpatrick, Secretary of the Commission.
