WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Privacy Act Regulations.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 6 by Robert Sidman, Deputy Secretary of the Commission.
Summary: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC or Commission) is establishing a new Insider Risk Program, the records of which are included in a new Privacy Act system of records, CFTC-59, Insider Risk Program Records (CFTC-59), published concurrently in this Federal Register.
