WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Commodity Pool Operators and Commodity Trading Advisors: Reduction of Duplicative Regulation Through Intermediary Registration Exemptions; Expansion of the Exemption for Small Commodity Pools.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Robert Sidman, Deputy Secretary of the Commission.
