WASHINGTON, April 30 -- Committee For Purchase From People Who Are Blind Or Severely Disabled has issued a proposed rule called: Revising Central Nonprofit Agencies' Requirements To Charge Fees and Clarifying the Permissibility of Subcontracting Within the AbilityOne Program.
