The Air Force recently received the first two Collaborative Combat Aircraft to be assigned to the Experimental Operations Unit at Creech Air Force Base. The delivery of Anduril's YFQ-44A Fury and General Atomics' YFQ-42A Vengeance marks a step in Air Combat Command's effort to accelerate fielding for the Department of the Air Force while refining how the next-generation fighter will be used in combat.The EOU, headquartered at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, operates out of Creech AFB and is responsible for developing tactics, techniques and procedures to help integrate CCA into the Combat Air Forces.
