Atlanta, March 2 -- COBB COUNTY has issued a solicitation notice (PE-77050-NONST-2026-000000069) titled ‘Taxiway Alpha Pavement Rehabilitation’. Notably, the event starts on Feb. 27 and ends on March 26.
Further, the description states, “The project generally consists of the implementation of pavement rehabilitation and repair techniques to extend the useful life of Taxiway Alpha at the Cobb County International Airport - McCollum Field (RYY). The proposed improvements generally include, but are not limited to, the following pavement rehabilitation techniques: Pavement Milling and/or Leveling, Reflective Cracking Relief Treatment, Asphalt Overlay, Pavement Marking, Minor Shoulder Grading, and Seeding.
