The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 8 by Patrick C. Burkett, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Maryland-National Capital Region.
Summary: The Coast Guard is amending a special local regulation for certain waters of the Patapsco River, in Baltimore, MD by adding a new period during which this regulation would be subject to enforcement.
