COAST GUARD ISSUES RULE: SPECIAL LOCAL REGULATION; SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ANNUAL MARINE EVENTS FOR THE SAN DIEGO CAPTAIN OF THE PORT ZONE, SAN DIEGO TRIROCK TRIATHLON

WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; Southern California Annual Marine Events for the San Diego Captain of the Port Zone, San Diego TriRock Triathlon.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 10 by R.C. Tucker, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port San Diego.

Summary: The Coast Guard will enforce the San Diego TriRock Triathlon special local regulation on the waters of San Diego Bay, California on September 12, 2026.
