WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; Casco Bay, Flotilla To Fight Cancer, Long Island, ME.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 12 by Matthew S. Baker, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Northern New England.
