WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zones; Annual Events Requiring Safety Zones in the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan Zone, Fireworks at Pier Wisconsin.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Rhianna N. Macon, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Lake Michigan.
Summary: The Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone on Milwaukee Harbor, including Lakeshore Inlet, in Milwaukee, WI, to provide for the safety of life on navigable waterways during a land-based fireworks display.
