The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by Caren C. Damon, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Detroit.
Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters of the St. Clair River for 7.5 miles beginning in Port Huron, MI.
