The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by Peggy M. Britton, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Virginia.
Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of the North Atlantic Ocean at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
