The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by J.J. Schock, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Acting Captain of the Port Sector Boston.
Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for a portion of the navigable waters of Boston Inner Harbor, in the vicinity of Piers Park, East Boston, Massachusetts.
