WASHINGTON, June 5 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Safety Zone; Hurricanes, Tropical Storms, and Severe Weather Events in the Sector Mobile Captain of the Port Zone.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 5 by M.O. Vega, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Mobile.
