WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Drawbridge Operation Regulation; Old Brazos River, Freeport, Texas.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 7 by W.E. Watson, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Commander, Heartland District.
Summary: The Coast Guard proposes to modify the operating schedule that governs the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) drawbridge that crosses the Old Brazos River, mile 5.3, near Brazoria, TX.
