WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Drawbridge Operation Regulation; Drawbridge Operation Regulation; San Bernard River, Brazoria County, Texas.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 7 by W.E. Watson, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Commander, Heartland District.
