WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Drawbridge Operation Regulation; Bay St. Louis, Bay St. Louis, MS; Back Bay of Biloxi, Biloxi, MS; Pascagoula River, Pascagoula, MS; Three Mile Creek, Mobile, AL; Chickasaw Creek, Saraland, AL.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 7 by W.E. Watson, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Commander, Coast Guard Heartland District.
