WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Guidance on the Streamlined Inspection Program; Reopening of Comment Period.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by C.F. Heard IV, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Chief, Office of Commercial Vessel Compliance.

Summary: The Coast Guard is reopening the comment period on its draft Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular (NVIC) 02-99, Change 1, Guidance on the Streamlined Inspection Program.
