Brief Summary: This prospective comparative study will evaluate Water Vapor Thermal Therapy (WVTT/Rezum) versus Ejaculation-Sparing Bipolar Transurethral Enucleation of the Prostate (ES-B-TUEP) in sexually active men with symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia.
