Brief Summary: This prospective observational study evaluates a blood-based circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) test in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer or upper tract urothelial cancer. ctDNA consists of small fragments of tumor DNA that can sometimes be detected in the blood.
