U.S., April 4 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07510464) titled 'Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation in Post Stroke Aphasia Therapy' on Nov. 28, 2025.
Brief Summary: This study aims to investigate the efficacy of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) combined with linguistic training for patients with chronic post-stroke aphasia. Thirteen patients will participate in a randomized crossover clinical trial.
