Brief Summary: This exploratory case study aims to assess the feasibility and immediate responses associated with a single-session bedside Presence-Adaptive Music Therapy (PAMT) protocol in perioperative inpatients.

The study plans to enroll 12 adult patients undergoing elective surgery at Xiamen Humanity Hospital, China. Each participant will receive one approximately 15-minute bedside PAMT session delivered by a qualified music therapist during the preoperative or postoperative hospitalization period.
