Brief Summary: This prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the safety and feasibility of second-generation laryngeal mask airway (LMA) management compared with conventional endotracheal intubation (ETT) during general anesthesia in adults undergoing elective liver transplantation.
