Brief Summary: This prospective, interventional, single-center, open-label, phase 1 clinical trial to assess the safety of the Postbiotic Lactobacillus LB in immunocompromised paediatric patients with diarrhoeal disease will be performed at Federico Gomez Children's Hospital of Mexico.
