Brief Summary: This is an observational, real-world registry study. The RETROR registry aims to establish a clinical database for patients with retroperitoneal tumors. We will systematically collect demographic information, comorbidities, preoperative imaging findings, perioperative parameters, pathological outcomes, adjuvant treatment, surgical complications, recurrence, metastasis, and long-term survival data.
