Brief Summary: his study will investigate the immediate effects of an integrated myofascial release intervention on regional thoracoabdominal mobility in healthy adults. Participants will undergo baseline assessments followed by a single standardized session of integrated myofascial release therapy targeting selected thoracic and abdominal myofascial regions.
