Brief Summary: This prospective biospecimen cohort will collect and analyze tissue from adults undergoing clinically indicated surgery for gluteal permanent synthetic filler disease. Two blinded pathologists will score foreign material burden, inflammation, fibrosis, necrosis, vascular and lymphatic injury, and deep-tissue involvement.
