Brief Summary: This pilot randomized controlled trial evaluates the feasibility, effectiveness, and acceptance of the Personalized Interactive Patient Empowerment Artificial Intelligence Platform (PIPE-AI) enhanced by DiabetesGPT among adults with prediabetes or diabetes in Hong Kong primary healthcare settings.
