Brief Summary: This study will compare speech understanding in noise using a remote microphone with hearing aids and compatible receivers with speech understanding in noise using hearing aids alone in a population of hearing impaired adults, age 18 and over. Participants will be tested in a near condition (target speech and remote microphone located 1 meter away from participant) as well as a far condition (target speech and remote microphone located 2 meters away from participant).
