Brief Summary: This prospective, single-arm interventional clinical study aims to evaluate the short- and intermediate-term anatomical, functional, and quality-of-life outcomes of primary stentless endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (En-DCR) in adult patients with primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction (PANDO).
