Brief Summary: Memantine is used to slow the neurotoxicity of Alzheimer disease. Rosuvastatin used as a lipid-lowering agent . Increased bioavailability of endothelial-derived nitric oxide improves endothelium function , increases cerebral blood flow which may all contribute to the neuroprotective effects of rosuvastatin .
