Brief Summary: Background: Patients undergoing minimally invasive vascular surgery under local anesthesia often experience significant anxiety and pain, which may compromise surgical outcomes. Virtual reality (VR)-based mindfulness interventions may offer a novel approach to enhance the perioperative experience.
