Brief Summary: The aim of this observational study is to evaluate resting metabolic rate (RMR), body composition, dietary habits, nutrition-related beliefs, and the risk of eating disorders among children and adolescents practicing sport climbing. Participants will undergo indirect calorimetry to assess RMR, anthropometric and body composition measurements, complete validated questionnaires, and provide a three-day food diary.
