Brief Summary: This study is a prospective randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-dose versus standard-dose trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX) for the prevention of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP) in kidney transplant recipients.
